Children’s Vision Screening
We invite you to take part in the Free Children’s Vision Screening Program. Early diagnosis helps detect vision problems sooner and supports your child’s healthy development.
The program is addressed to children and their parents.
The examination assesses the child’s vision and checks whether further ophthalmic diagnostics are needed. A child’s participation in the program requires a declaration and the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Before the visit, download and complete the attachment for the parent.
